Banner stands can be an effective way to promote your event or company. During the process of selecting and creating your stands, you'll likely have some questions. These are some of the questions we commonly hear from the companies we work with.

What types of banner stands do we offer?

There are many types of banner stands on the market and it can be confusing to decide which one to get. To simplify the process, we offer four types of banner stands to meet your needs. We offer retractable banner stands, double-sided banner stands, stretch fabric banner stands, and extra-wide banner stands. Retractable banner stands are the most popular type of banner stands on the market. The reason they are popular is because of their economical price, portability, and easy of use. Our retractable banner stands are unique because everything is assembled and printed in the USA. The banner stand graphics are easy to assemble and roll up like common window shades. We also offer double-sided banner stands if you need more space for your messaging and signage. If you’re looking for something a little less traditional, we offer stretch fabric banner stands. Although it costs a little bit more than a vinyl print, the graphics always look amazing due to the stretch fabric material. The stretch fabric material reduces wrinkles and tends to last longer. Last but not least, we offer extra-wide banner stands. Whether you need extra space for your messaging or you want to use your banner stand to create a back wall, extra wide banner stands offer you versatility to do both.

What banner stand size is right for you?

Our Sapphire retractable banner stands comes in standard height of 96” and a variation of width of 24” wide, 36” wide, and 48” wide. The most popular size is 36” wide. We also offer tabletop versions of our Sapphire retractable banner stands. The standard height is 56” and a variation of width of 24” wide, 36” wide, and 48” wide. We also offer a Economy Retractable banner stand and the standard height is 82.5” and a width of 34.5”. Our double sided retractable banner stand comes in a standard height of 79” and 33.5” wide.  

Do we offer design service for banner stand graphics?

All of our banner stands will have templates available on the product page under the tab “Graphic Templates & Downloads.” When you have identified which product you want to order in your cart, please make sure to select the option of “Design my display” under Artwork Options. We offer custom design service at a rate of $85/hour.    

How to order a banner stand from us?

Simply go to the product page of your choosing and add it to your shopping cart. Most banner stands will give you the option to either select a single-sided graphic or double-sided graphic. We recommend going with the double-sided graphic if you have different messaging for specific trade shows, so you don’t have to have to order another set of graphics. Please don’t forget to add accessories that you will need to go along with your banner stand. We offer two types of proofing methods (email or hard proof) to ensure your graphic comes out just the way you envision it. Keep in mind that hard proofs are an extra charge, but the email proofs are FREE. We also ask that you select when what your in-hand date is for your custom banner stand. Do we offer reprint graphics for our banner stands?

Absolutely! We offer reprint graphics for our banner stands and all of our other trade show displays. We also have seasonal sales on reprint graphics, so make sure you’re on the lookout for those deals. Please make sure to visit our reprint graphic section on the website and just look up the display product you ordered from us. If you can’t remember the product you ordered, feel free to reach out to our customer service team and they will be more than happy to help you place your order. All of our reprint graphics are printed in the USA and go through the same detailed process as your initial order.   

Is our banner stand graphics compatible with other banner stands on the market?

Unfortunately, we don’t recommend trying to use our graphic reprints with another manufacturer’s banner stand. Our banner stand graphics are custom made to fit our banner stand products. There are many banner stands out there and although they may look very similar, many of them are not compatible.
