Does your trade show exhibit need to be portable?

can carry it on the plane, load it in their trunk of their car, or use cheaper shipping options. Going

How important is it to have a trade show booth that is easy to setup?
Many exhibitors make the mistake of selecting their trade show booth without considering how easy or
complicated their booth will be to setup. When you invest in a trade show booth, we highly recommend that
you watch the setup videos and read through the assembly instructions prior to purchasing. You will be
surprised that some setup instructions are hard to understand or your trade show display might not even
come with instructions at all. If you go with a booth that is complicated, you will end up wasting time
and stressed out that your booth will not be "show ready" in time. We also believe it's
important to understand how much support you will have with the booth. Can your booth be easily assembled
by one person or will it require a team of people? If you will have limited support and resources, we

Does your exhibit need to be modular?
If your company needs to exhibit at multiple shows and conventions, there is a good chance you will need a booth
that is modular (reconfigurable). Each trade show is different and you never know what booth size will be available.
For example, some shows will be at a hotel ballroom with limited space, and therefore your whole 10 x 20 trade show
display won't be able to fit. If you buy a booth that is modular, you can convert your 10 x 20 inline exhibit into
a 10 x 10 space. If you didn't consider this factor, you will have to just buy another trade show display to fit in the space.
What accessories do I need in my trade show display?
Many first time exhibitors make the mistake of not considering what accessories they will need to incorporate into
their trade show booth. Do you plan on showcasing your products to attendees? If so, it will be important to look for
displays that have shelving options. If you have product that is heavy, will you need a shelving solution that accommodates
the extra weight. Perhaps your company doesn't sell physical products. If you need to showcase a demo or play a looping
